Dr. Karlyn Borysenko

Dr. Karlyn Borysenko is the force behind Zen Workplace and the Chief Science Officer at RallyBright. An organizational psychologist and executive/performance coach, she is a leader in integrating mindfulness strategies at work to increase productivity and creativity, reduce stress, and create better work experiences. She is based in the greater Boston area and serves clients all over the world. Karlyn holds an MBA and a PhD in Psychology, is an experienced trainer and facilitator, coach, and award-winning speaker. She is a contributor to Forbes.com and the author of Zen Your Work: Create your ideal work experience through mindful self-mastery.

Certified Coach, Lindsey Lathrop Coaching

Lindsey is a Certified Coach who empowers professional women to answer the question “Why not me?” by examining limiting beliefs and learning the skills to create what they really want in their careers and lives. She’s on a mission to create equitable and inclusive workplaces and developed a gender equity training program for professionals to examine (and disrupt) gender roles at work. Lindsey’s expert advice has been featured in HuffPo, ENR, Classy.org, and MoneyDateNight.com. Her downtime finds her hiking with her dog, globetrotting with her husband, and perfecting her DIY construction skills.

Michelle Krasny
Career Coach, Michelle Krasny Coaching

Michelle's career began with a Neuroscience and Behavior degree from Vassar, but after a year of research at NYU she realized that the academic life wasn't for her. She spent the next decade trying on different careers (even starting two businesses). After participating in a Human-Centered Design Fellowship in Chicago, she realized her experience and skills were ideal for helping others forge their own professional paths. After earning her CPC, she launched Michelle Krasny Coaching, where she helps professionals live bold careers without sacrificing their sanity along the way.

​Michelle currently lives with her husband and dog in Burlington, VT.

Sue Schlom 
Recruiter & Job Search Advisor, Vermont Recruiting

Sue is an experienced Recruiter, Job Search Advisor, Speaker, and Instructor at UVM. Post Michigan MBA, she began her recruiting career working for big CPG’s in Chicago. After moving to Vermont in 2010, she worked at UVM as the business school career advisor, and as a contract recruiter with Keurig, Seventh Generation and National Life. Sue recently formed Sue Schlom Consulting, LLC and founded Vermont Recruiting.

After a corporate career, Sue loves being an entrepreneur and giving back to her adopted Vermont. She lives in a totally cool mid-century modern home with her husband and dog “little-bit”.

Brianna Bronson
HR Communications Specialist, Orvis

Born and raised in Fair Haven, VT, Brianna graduated from Castleton University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, dual majoring in Business Administration and Accounting, and minoring in Computer Information Systems. Upon graduation, Brianna joined The Orvis Company as an HR Generalist. Currently, Brianna is the HR Communications Specialist, working on projects to improve and streamline the way that the company communicates and markets internally to employees.

Brianna lives in North Clarendon, and is married with a 3 year old daughter. She is currently working on her SHRM Senior Certified Professional certification and will complete her MBA in Analytics from Castleton University in the spring.

Caprice Hover
Executive Director, Rutland County United Way

Caprice has worked locally and nationally to support children and families who are struggling. She has been an Executive Director for family centered agencies for the last 25 years; prior to that she worked in direct services for youth and families since 1985. She is the Northeast Representative for the Coalition for Juvenile Justice; Board Chair for the Vermont State Housing Authority and an active Rotarian. For fun golfing; hiking; dancing and the ocean are at the top for enjoyment.

Ryan Mauter
Manager - Talent Development, Vail Resorts

Ryan Mauter recently moved to Vermont after joining Vail Resorts as the Talent Development Manager for the region. Prior, he ventured through a variety of industries and led key initiatives for non-profit and for-profit entities, crisscrossing the globe working with Fortune 500 companies along the way. He's passionate about businesses that strive to serve a triple bottom line of people, planet, and profit, and believes the teams we work within are the best asset we have in building a world we can be proud of.

Corey Davenport
Administrative Assistant, Town of Campton

Corey grew up in Poultney, VT and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) with his BA in Politics & Law. After discovering his passion for local government. He enrolled in the online program at Rutgers, getting his Masters in Public Administration concentrating in Public Finance. Corey spent two years on the Poultney Town select board while he finished his Masters. His first job was at SNHU as a Financial Aid Specialist, where he spent two years. Corey is now an Administrative Assistant for the Town of Campton.

​When he is not working, Corey enjoys golfing, cooking, and playing video games.
